Introduction

Publiz is one place for everything you post on social media. Connect your accounts once, write the post, send it everywhere you need it, and handle the replies without opening six apps to do it.

Post everywhere at once

One composer for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Discord. You can tweak the caption per platform when one of them needs a different voice.

Schedule it and forget it

Line posts up on a calendar and they go out on time, including at 6am on a Sunday when you’re definitely not awake.

Keep up with comments

Comments from your connected accounts come into one list, so nothing sits unanswered for three days.

Make things with AI

Images, short video, voiceovers, captions, ideas, all inside the composer. You pay for it with credits, not another subscription.

See what actually worked

Impressions, likes, comments, shares, and clicks from every platform in one report instead of six browser tabs.

Keep clients separate

A workspace per brand or client, each with its own accounts, media, and team members.

If you run more than one account, you’re the target. That’s mostly small business owners, creators, and the social or support people at a company that’s outgrowing “whoever has the password”. Juggling several brands or clients works too, since each one gets its own workspace and they never bleed into each other.

Almost everything in Publiz is built on these, so it’s worth two minutes now.

Workspace is the box everything lives in. Accounts, posts, media, team members, all of it belongs to a workspace. Every workspace has all the supported channels available from the start, and holds one account per platform, so a second workspace is how you run a second TikTok or a second YouTube channel. Most people start with one and add more per brand or client.

Connected account is a social account you’ve given Publiz permission to post as. It’s a normal OAuth handshake with the platform, so we never ask for your social passwords and you can revoke access from their side whenever you want.

Post is one piece of content aimed at one or more platforms. It can sit as a draft, wait in the schedule, or go out now. If LinkedIn needs different wording than TikTok, you can override the caption and media per platform instead of writing two posts.

Credits are how the AI features get paid for. Your plan drops credits in each cycle and you can top up if you burn through them. There’s more detail in AI credits.

  • Quick start, the ten minute version: workspace, first account, first post.
  • Connect YouTube, including the permissions Google asks for and why.
  • API reference for everything the dashboard does, but over the API.
